Hello from Tampa FL

Post by memerson1 » 23 Oct 2016, 13:42

Hello to all - my name is Michael Emerson, I am a retired electrical engineer and Maker in the Tampa Bay area. I have built a couple of DIY Geiger counters (hotdog and pancake tubes) and looking to add a DIY scintillation detector. Still much to learn so any help, documents, sites that you can share will be much appreciated.

Hello Michael,

Great to have you on board, plenty of information here, and if there is anything you cant find, just ask and I am sure someone will help out.

Building a scintillation detector should be a pretty straight forward task for an EE.
