That looks fantastic! I hadn't thought of distance but that should work. (Hope you store that source in a lead pig if that's the spectra from 1.5 meters away!)

The combination of both sources gives a whopping 650KCPM with an LND7317. ~ 186 uSv/hr at 1cm... with the lead container ~ 10-20 uSv/hr at the surface depending on the thickness of the shielding.
