Yes, I have seen that they use stm32, but don't know which one. Stm32 family contains hundreds of different MCUs.
It will be interesting to see the results with different detectors, because upon my experience different detectors have different optimal settings, including some of component values.

GS-neutron don't need to communicate over Bluetooth during measurement process...
