Hello,
here is my PMT head with the cristal and the shielding with Pb and Cu.
The crystal with the dimensions 1"3/4 x 2" is surrounded of a protective case made from aluminum. The PMT is made from EMI , Type 9656B (an old one). The whole measuring head PMT with preamplifier and crystal comes from Siemens. If there is a better shielding there so I am very glad about an idea.
