it seems a low energy naitl ,but which PMT is inside?
which divider should I use?

Hi Zagros,
Because you hand on the picture is blocking the view of the pins, so this it is a guess.
But I expect it has 12 pins so it could be a R980 or R580 or an other 38mm pmt mostly they are connectec as follows:
pin 12=Cathode, 1=Dy1 11=Dy2 2=Dy3 10=Dy4 3=Dy5 9=Dy6 4=Dy7 8=Dy8 5=Dy9 6=Anode 7=Dy10
Not 100% sure but you give it a try, if it is not good you no problem you will not destroy the pmt .
