The type of Identifinder‘s detector

Good day folks,

I wonder what type of detector they use in the ICX/Thermofisher Identifinder. The only thing I know about them is manufactured by Scionix Holland, size 1.4”x2”. I will be very grateful if someone can provide me more info in detail.
