Hello from another Texan

Greetings!

Radiation detection and measurement and Gamma spectrometry are among my hobbies. I am just an amateur, with little formal training, but I have been involved with the subject for several years.
I have been lurking for a while and I am very impressed with the depth of knowledge within this forum and look forward to learning here.
