Hello from New Jersey, USA

Post by Nuclear_Ben_079 » 22 Nov 2025, 15:15

Hello,

My name is Ben, and i am joining this forum for my interest in radiation detection equipment as well as radiation sources. I have some experience working with these detectors due to my hobby, and I am currently very interested in gamma spectrometry as well as the equipment used for it. I also like to collect radioactively contaminated items, such as food, to measure for personal interest and just because it's cool to see the environment interact with radioactive contamination. I hope to meet some amazing people here!

Howdy Ben,

Welcome to the group, plenty of people here who can answer questions about gamma spectrometry. We also have forums for other science related discussions, so enjoy reading the old posts and don't be shy, share your own activities.
