Hey! My name is Rex. I am a high school student from Northern California interested in spectroscopy and radiation detection. I am a member of the RadWatch team at Berkeley. I've done some light dabbling with putting together geiger counters/various detectors and I am definitely looking to get more into this stuff. I currently have a Ludlum Model 3, a Theremino MCA with a Scionix 38 B 57 / 1.5M - E1, a GMC 300S modified with a BNC Connector, and a few older Civil Defense Counters. I look forward to interacting with and learning from all of you!

Hello Rex,

Welcome to the forum, it sounds like you are well on your way down the RAD path...☢️

Check out the User Control Panel (UCP) and consider adding a signature to your posts, Something simple like "Rex from Northern California" will suffice, but if you want you can add a more detailed profile. It makes the forum more friendly and lets other users know a little more about who posted what they are reading.

Cheers.
