Greetings from Texas

Post by Steve C » 29 Nov 2018, 01:23

Hello all,

I'm Steve from San Angelo, Texas. I have spent the past 30 years in the aviation electrical/electronic maintenance and process engineering fields. Radiation has long been a hobby of mine, dating back to the 1980s when I was a trained radiological monitor for civil defense purposes through the Civil Air Patrol. I have a GS-USB-Pro inbound and am very much looking forward to taking my hobby to the next level through spectroscopy.

Glad to have found the forum!

Hello Steve, and welcome to the forum.

I am sure you will find the inner secrets of atoms interesting, the little rascals have been secretly decaying behind our backs for billions of years, but no more!

You will be pleased to know that your GS is shipping today.

Steven
