Hello,
I'm Hannes and I'm interested in Nuclear Science. It started when I saw some Movies about Hiroshima and Nagasaki. I was fascinated by the Power of just one bomb. When there was the fire in the Chernobyl exclusion zone I started to inform myself more about that. Now I have a GQ GMC 300e and a piece of Trinitite. Now I want to get a more sensitive Geiger Counter and a gamma spectrometer. Because I don't know that much about how to build one I decided to join this Forum. I hope I can get help and help other people. :D

Hannes,
Welcome to the forum, I hope you find more information and maybe learn some more about nuclear science from this forum. kIt sounds as if your next challenge is a gamma spectrometer. It will allow you to identify isotopes in the radioactive materials you find with your geiger counter.
