We could do with one or two more moderators to help me approve posts from new users. Due to insistent spammers I had to activate a feature on the forum where posts from new members have to be approved before they appear, so unless I log on every morning and check, new user posts might take days to appear on the board.

Apart from the prestige of getting a black name tag, moderators can also approve or reject posts, and intervene if conversations when if they go off track, but fortunately due to the nature of this forum I have never had to do that.

Good news, I have promoted Svilen to Moderator, he can now approve new member posts and take down spam or unwanted posts. There is still room for one more moderator, as Karl is not very active these days due to his new work commitments.

Okay, I have upgraded geoff to moderator as well, so that should cover it for the moment.
