but ! The "Freigrenze" for CS137 in germany is 10 kBq. But the company supplies only CS137 with 15 kBq. Therefore it is not possible for private individuals.

Point sources / Gamma Standards—Type D (GF-137-D) are offered from 3,7 kBq.

Thanks for the note. I will contact the company once but I dont think that they will supplie to private individuals.
For a simple calibration up to 2600keV I take my ThF4 source as you can see.

Yeah, that's the usual experience with lots of such companies. Some even don't respond to queries unless you're from a known company/institution.
I suggest you check Spectrum Techniques - they don't ask anything.

Hello,
now I have my test source.

It is ~ 100mg ThF4 in acryl and epoxy. This was in the past for AR coatings like MgF2 and others. All lines from Thorium are well known from 200 - 2600keV. It works fine.

I ordered some sources from Spectrum Techniques. It all got hold up in customs, but as all the paperwork was there it eventually was released and I got my package no questions asked.

Setup: 5 cm lead castle, 2mm copper lining. Gamma Spectacular Pro 2002, Sound Blaster Live! 5.1,
Primary detector: Scionix refurbished 2x2" NaI(Tl) well detector, 7.5% @ 662 keV
