How to hook up this CsI crystal?

Hi guys!

I know I have been absent on the forum.... can't find the time at the moment to play around with my toys....

I was cleaning in my hobby room, and found an old Ebay purchase that I never really got around to testing.

It is a Rae Systems 4CC CsI crystal, it also came with some strange circuit board. I have no documentation, but found online the detector itself runs fine on 3.3-5V. From the picture, I assume red is ground, but then what? How can I tap the signal?
