Rare Minerals from the Petaca District, New Mexico

Here is a paper concerning the minerals that we have collected in the Petaca district here in the state; most of the minerals are radioactive so we spent a lot of time with scintillation units in hand. It's a beautiful area up in the mountains of northern New Mexico, even when mineral pickings were lean, we were still glad to be there!
