1" x 3" Encapsulated NaI(Tl) coupled to a ruggedized Hamamatsu PMT in a machined Titanium housing with high speed Integral MCA capable of up to 100,000 cps. It's hard to imagine any job too hard for this Spectrometer.
The hand held spectrometer connects to a PC or Android smartphone and transmits a full spectrum via USB UART serial connection to the device.
GS-1030-NAI offers true plug and play spectrometry, it could not be much simpler. The Software which is FREE and open source provides a powerful interface with advanced features like background subtraction, isotope libraries and GPS mapping to help you get the full picture.
The sensitive detector and electronics are safely sealed in a precision machined Titanium housing with O-Ring seals and water resistant connector.
Temperature Stabilised
The GS-1030-NAI detector has integral temperature sensor to compensate for temperature drift over a wide range from -40C˚ to +80C˚
PC, Mac and Android Software
Choose between Becqmoni (PC only) or Impulse (PC or Mac) software both software have unique features which may suit your experiments. The spectrometer will also work with an Android smartphone or tablet.
