Gamma Scintillation Detector with 1.5 x 1.5" CsI(Tl) Crystal
Great general purpose detector with 38 x 38 mm CsI(Tl) crystal, coupled to a PMT with integral voltage divider. Note; CsI(Tl) crystals have higher density and slightly better resolution than NaI(Tl) which means better spectra.
The whole package is housed in a spun aluminium housing and finished in pearl white powder coating. The detector is supplied with an SHV male connector, compatible with GS and many other spectrometers, but can also be supplied with the older style HV-BNC if required.
